May Momentum: Sharpening Focus and Elevating Energy

This month isn’t just about growth. It’s about alignment.

May has pushed me to dial in where my energy is going, what’s working, and what needs a shift. It’s been a mix of celebrating wins, adapting to the market, and checking in with myself to stay intentional.

Market Wins and Fast-Moving Deals

I’ve had some great wins recently, including closing an industrial condo deal for a good friend who is a property manager. That one felt good and reminded me how important relationships and trust are in this business.

I’m also seeing that properties that show well or are priced aggressively are moving quickly, sometimes with multiple offers. The market is responding fast to quality, and strategic pricing and strong presentation are more important than ever.

For me, it’s about staying aware of what the market wants right now. That means helping clients make smart adjustments, whether that’s staging better or revisiting pricing strategies. Flexibility and speed are key.
